Grilled Corn on the Cob

Grilled Corn on the Cob


  • 8 ears corn
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 fresh limes, quartered


Soak corn in water about 20 minutes. Preheat grill to medium. Peel back the husks of the corn without removing them. Remove the silks, rub the corn with a little olive oil, and season with salt and pepper; pull husk back over cob. Place the corn on the grill, close the cover and grill for 15 minutes. Serve corn with lime wedges.
