How would you make this without an instant pot?
Will you please post the recipe for the 15-Minute Instant Pot Margherita Pasta? I have made it three times and love it, but I always wonder how much garlic, salt, pepper, onion flakes, red pepper flakes, etc. to add. She didn’t mention the measurements for these spices in the demo.
