“5 Weeks to 5K” Entry Details

Get ready to run a 5k in 5 weeks!



Studio 5 Health & Fitness Contributor, Melanie Douglass, wants to train you every step of the way.



Enter the Studio 5 “5 weeks to 5k” program by March 13th. Email us and tell us why you want to train for a 5K, including any road blocks you have faced in the past! Send emails to studio5@ksl.com.



We will pick three participants to get the one-on-one help. We’ll also hook you up with free race registration for the upcoming Salt Lake Marathon 5K, and a new pair of Altra running shoes.
