Know someone doing good in the community? Nominate them for this prestigious award

Volunteering is beneficial at any age, but especially as you get older. Working in the community can lower the risk of dementia, and works against senior isolation and depression.

Communications Director for AARP Utah, Jennifer Tarazon, shares details about the Andrus Award. She shares who is eligible, and how you can honor someone doing good in your community.

Nominate someone you know by July 15 at www.aarp.org/andrusaward.
