There will also be a bread making competition at the Expo. The winner wins a brand new Wonder Junior Hand Grain Mill as the grand prize. There will be other prizes. There will be 2 categories: whole grain and sweet bread.
Whole Grain: Bring in two loaves. One loaf complete for presentation. The other half sliced and half cubed into one inch cubes.
Sweet breads: Simply bring it in presentation form to the expo.
All recipes need to include a 3×5 card with complete recipe to be turned in with bread.
Deadline is noon on Saturday, November 6.
