Baked Easter Ham


20 whole cloves
1 Cure 81 Ham
3 cups orange juice
1 pound brown sugar
1 cup honey
2 cups crushed pineapple
1 cup Dijon mustard
1/8 cup lemon juice

Cut diamonds into the ham 1/2 inch deep and 1 inch wide and place the cloves in all
corners of the diamond shapes. Place the ham in an oven-proof baking dish.

Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the ham. Bake in a 350-degree oven
for 2 1/2 hours, basting every 15 minutes after the initial half hour.
