Banana Apple Oatmeal Smoothie
1 cup almond milk
1 banana, peeled
1 medium carrot, peeled
1 medium apple, with core and seeds (most of an apple’s
nutrition is hidden in the core and seeds)
1/2 cup uncooked quick whole oats
1 cup ice
Place all ingredients in Vitamix blender in order listed.
Blend on highest setting for about 30 to 45 seconds until
For thicker consistency, add more ice.
