Barbecue Mushroom Meat Loaf

Meat Loaf:
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained
1 egg
1/4 cup ketchup
approximately 25 saltine crackers, crushed
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion (yellow or green)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup water

Mix together all ingredients for meat loaf. Place raw meat mixture into a large loaf pan and shape into a loaf.

Mix together all ingredients for the sauce. Pour sauce over the raw meat mixture in the loaf pan.

Bake uncovered at 300 degrees until done (approximately 2 hours).
