2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 Tbl brown sugar
1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
1 teaspoon each salt and pepper
4 salmon fillets
Prepare grill or preheat grill pan.
Combine oil, vinegar, tomato paste, sugar, Worcestershire, liquid smoke, salt and pepper together in a small bowl; mix well.
Slather salmon with glaze and place on medium hot grill. Cook for 8 minutes and slather on a bit more glaze. Finish cooking, aprox 2 to 3 mroe minutes or until cooked through.
