Barbequed Skewers Beef, Chicken, Shrimp, and Vegetable

Skewer:
8 ounces boneless chicken breast, cut in 1/2 wide strips
8 ounces flank steak, cut in 1/2 inch wide strips
8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 zucchini, sliced diagonally 1/4 inch thick
1 yellow squash, slide diagonally 1/4 inch thick
16-8 inch bamboo skewers

Skewer Method:


Reserve 4 skewers for each ingredient.

Chicken Skewers: with the bamboo skewers, thread the chicken strips, accordion
style, reserving 2 ounces of chicken for each skewer.

Beef Skewers: same as above.

Shrimp Skewers: using 2 shrimp per skewer, thread the shrimp on the skewer
accordion style.

Vegetable Skewers: reserve 2 skewers for the zucchini and 2 for the yellow
squash, thread the slices nto the skewer tightly.
Marindade:


Mix all ingredients together and place in a shallow bowl. Add the skewers and
marinate for one hour in the refrigerator.

Place the skewers on the barbeque and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side,
brushing with the marinade throughout the cooking process.
