Mango Coleslaw:
- 1 bag shredded coleslaw mix
- 2 mangos – medium diced
- Poppyseed dressing
Poppyseed Dressing:
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
- 2 T. Poppy seeds
Cilantro Lime Butter:
Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter – melted
- 1 lime zested and juiced
- 1 bunch Cilantro chopped
- 2 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Pepper
Method
Mix together and use a pastry brush to brush over hot cooked corn on the cob.
