Bruschetta Turkey Burgers with Zesty Avocado Spread

It’s summer-grilled flavor you can have for dinner tonight.

Bruschetta Turkey Burgers with Zesty Avocado Spread
1 ½ pounds ground turkey
4 ounces Cache Valley 6-Cheese Italian Shredded Cheese
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
4 slices Cache Valley Mozzarella Cheese
2 tablespoons Cache Valley Butter, melted
4 ciabatta rolls
Avocado Mayonnaise:
2 large avocados, peeled, pitted and chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
¼ teaspoon garlic salt
Dash cayenne pepper
Ciabatta
4 large tomatoes
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
¼ cup fresh basil, packed
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350° F.
Mix together ground turkey, Cache Valley 6-Cheese Italian Shredded Cheese and garlic.
Form mixture into 4 large patties. Grill patties until cheese oozes through center. Place
patties in oven, and finish cooking until center reads 170° F on an internal meat
thermometer.
Place a slice of Cache Valley Mozzarella Cheese on each pattie. Brush melted Cache Valley
Unsalted Butter onto ciabatta rolls. Grill rolls, buttered side down, until toasted.
Avocado Mayonnaise:
Mix together avocado, mayonnaise, garlic salt and cayenne pepper.
Bruschetta:
Chop tomatoes, garlic and basil. Mix together with olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
Assemble patties, ciabatta rolls, avocado mayonnaise and bruschetta.
