Make this Easter brunch a quiche bar!
This quiche is made to order! Guests can layer on fabulous fillings—from vibrant spring veggies to delicate cheeses—and build their perfect plate. Whether you’re hosting a garden brunch, baby or bridal shower, or Easter breakfast, this party spread a darling way to serve a customized quiche.
Recipe creator Amy Richardson brought her signature charm to this darling Spring Quiche Soirée, offering a fun (and delicious!) experience for everyone at the table.
Here’s how to bring this charming quiche bar spread to life!
Set Up
- 4-inch mini paper tart pans
- 2 sheets purchased pie crust or puff pastry
- 4-inch fluted or straight round cutter
- Parchment paper
- Sharpie (for labeling)
Quiche Base
INGREDIENTS
Whisk together
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk or half and half
- 1/4 tsp fine salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Flatten pastry slightly with a rolling pin.
- Cut five 4-inch circles using the round cutter. Re-roll dough to cut one more, if desired.
- Place dough circles into tart pans and press lightly into shape.
- Arrange tart pans on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Fill each tart with your chosen toppings (see options below). Sprinkle with sea salt and fresh cracked pepper, then drizzle with a little olive oil.
- Label each guest’s tart by writing their name on the parchment paper next to their pan.
- Pour the quiche base over the fillings.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until set and golden.
