Caputo’s Mardi Gras Ham Salad


3 cups ham, diced
1/4 cup green onions, minced
1/4 cup celery, minced
1/4 cup black olives, minced
1/4 cup red bell pepper, minced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 T Creole mustard
hot pepper sauce to taste (such as Tabasco)
Worcestershire sauce to taste
10 slices of bread


Chop the ham up very fine in a food processor. In a bowl, combine the ham, green onions, celery, olives and red peppers. Blend the mayonnaise, mustard, hot pepper sauce and Worcestershire sauce with the ham mixture. Mix well. Spread on slices of bread and cut into quarters.
