Caputo’s Simple Vegetable Salad

Caputo’s Simple Vegetable Salad
1 bunch asparagus
1 lb. fresh beans
6 new potatoes
red wine vinegar
extra virgin olive oil
salt
freshly ground black pepper


Cook the vegetables individually to the correct doneness, cut into bit size pieces and combine in a bowl. Toss with the vinegar, then the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
