Cheese Torta with Sun Dried Tomatoes
2 cups Cream Cheese
¾ cup Goat Cheese
1 cup Kalmata Olives (minced)
1 cup Sundried Tomatoes (minced)
Plastic wrap and a dish
Mix the cream cheese and goat cheese together. Line a bowl or a dish with plastic wrap. Spread the tomatoes into half of the plastic lined dish. Spread the olives into the other half. Place the cheese mixture on top of the olives and tomatoes. Press down until it is flat. Invert the torta onto a serving plate and carefully remove the plastic wrap.
Serve with crackers.
