Chicken Cutlet Pizza
Chicken cutlets /Sliced Chicken breast
Pizza options:
Pizza sauce
Shredded Mozzarella
Pepperoni
Sautéed mushrooms
Pesto
Shredded mozzarella
Heirloom tomatoes
BBQ sauce
Purple onion
Pineapple slices
Bacon
Cilantro
Other options:
Smashed Avocado
Cottage cheese
Everything but the bagel seasoning
Hummus
Sliced cucumber
Chopped tomato
Feta cheese
Buy pre-made chicken cutlets or slice a chicken breast horizontally and pound out each half. Season with seasoned salt and pepper. BBQ or sauté chicken breast until cooked through. Top with your favorite ingredients. For pizzas, cook for 7-10 minutes additional once pizza toppings are added.
