Delicious School Lunch Ideas from Harmons

Peanut Butter Yogurt Fruit Dip
2-6oz containers nonfat vanilla Greek Yogurt, such as Siggis Brand
1/3 cup peanut butter powder, such as PB2 Brand


In a small bowl, combine yogurt and peanut butter powder and mix well.

Avocado Ranch Dip
½ medium avocado
1 6oz container low fat plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons low fat buttermilk
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried parsley
½ teaspoon dried dill weed
½ teaspoon dried onion powder
½ teaspoon dried garlic powder
1 tablespoon minced fresh chives


In a small bowl, mash avocado with a fork. Add yogurt, buttermilk, vinegar, salt, spices and chives. Mix thoroughly.
