Egg Nog Pie


1 ½ C Windmill cookies (may substitute graham crackers)

¼ C melted butter

2 small packages vanilla pudding (not the instant kind)

1 ¼ C milk

2 C egg nog
¼ t nutmeg


Crush cookies, and combine with butter then press into pie pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

Cook Pudding using milk and egg nog according to directions on the package. Stir in nutmeg.

Pour into pie crust and refrigerate at least four hours, overnight is best.
