From the owners of Eva’s — Small Plates & Drinks, comes Eva’s Bakery a Parisian-style boulangerie, which just opened on Main Street.
Charlie Perry is the chef who opened the restaurant and the bakery and shares some of his favorites.
Eva’s Bakery is an entirely new concept to the Salt Lake City food scene with unique artisan breads and pastries as well as pizza and sandwiches. Using locally grown grains, Eva’s Bakery provides delicious fresh dishes in a setting reminiscent of a Parisian café.
Eva’s Bakery is located between 100 and 200 South at 155 South Main Street in downtown Salt Lake City and is open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m Monday through Saturday.
