The popular clothing store Zara is setting up shop at Fashion Place Mall in Murray. This will be the Spanish retailer’s very first store in Utah. Construction will begin this fall; the store is expected to open in Spring of 2018.
Mall General Manager Mark Thorsen says details are still being discussed, but confirms this Zara location will include fashion options for men, women and children.
Studio 5 Style & Fashion Contributor Emily McCormick calls this fabulous news for Utah’s fashion scene.
“Zara lends a little excitement to some of the traditional pieces that you would find at a Banana Republic or J Crew,” she explains. “If you tend to be traditional in your style, you’ll want to grab a few accent pieces at Zara – a great bell-sleeved shirt, or some printed pants – to rotate in your wardrobe. If you like to dress a bit on the wild side, you’ll be in heaven!”
Emily compares the Zara look to another popular clothing brand Utah women know and love – H&M.
“You’ll find some of the trendy pieces that you would find at an H&M – but much better quality, and at a reasonable price point,” she said. “Zara – welcome to Utah!”
