3-4 cups vegetable oil
12 ounces Pepper Jack cheese (3-4 cups cubed)
24 wonton wrappers
1 package 8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 cup bottled sweet and sour sauce
Heat oil in a deep pan to 375 degrees.
Cut cheese into 3/4 inch cubes. Place one cube in the center of a wonton wrapper. Fold wrapper in half to form a triangle. Seal edges with water. Fold remaining points together and seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and cheese. Place 6-8 wontons in hot oil and fry until golden brown. Drain on a paper towel. Serve wontons warm with sauce below.
DIP: Soften cream cheese and combine with sweet and sour sauce. Stir until smooth.
