Fresh Peach Crème Brûlée
INGREDIENTS
- Greek Gods Honey Yogurt
- Fresh diced peaches
- Peach or Apricot jam
- Granola (optional)
- Raw Sugar
METHOD
- In small individual jars, place a small amount of yogurt in the bottom of each jar.
- Add fresh diced peaches, a spoonful of jam and granola, if desired.
- Top with another layer of yogurt and smooth to finish.
- Sprinkle a generous layer of raw sugar on top.
- Using a torch or broiler, heat sugar until caramelized and bubbling.
- Cool slightly to serve.
