Grandma Anna Hart’s Carrot Cake

Cake Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 t baking soda
2 t cinnamon
1 t salt
4 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups grated carrots
1 8oz can crushed pineapple (undrained)
Optional: 1 cup

Cake Method:

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Frosting Ingredients
8 oz. cream cheese
½ cup butter
½ box powdered sugar (2 cups)
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together.
