Grandma Osguthorpe’s Raisin Pie
1 cup raisins
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. cream
2 egg yolks
4 Tbs. flour
1 Tbs. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pie crust
Boil raisins in 1 cup water until almost dry. Mix sugar and flour. Add cream to raisins. Then add the sugar and flour mixture before cream gets too hot. Cook and then add 2 egg yolks. Let boil again and remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla. Pour into crust.
Graham Cracker Crust
1 c. Graham cracker crust
1 c. Sugar
1/4 c. Butter
Combine and press into pie pan. Bake at 375 for 8 minutes.
