A salad recipe that could double as dessert! It’s a mix of sweet and savory and perfect for a summertime potluck.
Granny Apple Snicker Salad
1 (3.4 oz.) package instant vanilla pudding
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
3 cups Granny Apples, cored and diced, skins intact
3 regular sized Snicker, Heath, or Rolo candy bars, cut into chunks
1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except
Snicker bar.
2. Just before serving, fold in Snicker bars.
Camp Fruit and Cookie Salad
1 (3.4 oz.) package instant vanilla pudding
1 cup buttermilk

1 ( 15 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 (15 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
12 Keebler chocolate striped cookies, broken into chunks
1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except cookies.
2. Just before serving, fold in cookies.
