Herb Crusted Salmon


One lb. Salmon filets
Salt and Pepper
1-2 fresh Limes, juiced
2 T. chopped fresh Herbs (Parsley, Basil or whatever you prefer)
2 cloves Garlic, chopped


Preheat oven to 425º F.

Grease a foiled baking pan. Put salmon in pan. Mix together the remaining ingredients to form a paste. Spread on salmon and put under broiler about 5 minutes (watch carefully so that topping does not burn). Serve with lime or lemon wedges.
