Jim Grisley Gambas A La Plancha (Shimp on the Plate)


1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
4 cloves garlin, chopped fine
2 lbs. medium shrimp with shells, washed
2 T red wine vinegar
1/2 t sea salt


Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium low heat, add garlic. Stir until garlic is lightly
browned, add shrimp and red wine vinegar. Stir occasionally until cooked, about 4 to 5
minutes. Pour shrimp and sauce on a platter and serve with crusty bread to sop up the sauce.
