Kohls Healthy Kids Recipe: Fruit Smoothie

It’s a fast, fresh, power breakfast that any kid can whip up.



Brinley Lent, a Kohl’s Healthy Kid, showcases her winning smoothie recipe.

Smoothie
1 cup of milk
2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
2 ice cream scoops of berry frozen greek yogurt
6-8 frozen strawberries
1 cup of frozen blueberries
1 handful of frozen huckleberries (optional)
1 handful of baby spinach (optional)

Put all of the ingredients in the blender and blend it all together. Pour into cup/s. Enjoy your delicious and healthy Dragon Poop!
