Taco Salad

Ingredients

  • Romaine lettuce
  • Roasted sweet potatoes seasoned with Trader Joe’s taco seasoning
  • Fresh radishes
  • Red onion
  • Red and yellow bell pepper, sautéed
  • Cauliflower rice, sautéed and seasoned with Trader Joe’s taco seasoning, with a few pepitas and some nutritional yeast sprinkled on top
  • Fresh tomato
  • Guac
  • Salsa
  • Whatever meat/protein you want
