Lombard Pizza

Lombard Pizza
1 c apple cider vinegar
1c ketchup
3 T dark brown sugar
1T yellow mustard
1T molasses
1 tsp salt
½ tsp dried crushed red pepper flakes
¾ c southwest seasoned chopped chicken
¾ c barbeque sauce
31oz pizza dough ball
¾ c mozzarella cheese
1 ½ c chicken mixture
1/3 c sliced red onions
½ c special cheese blend (you could use the Italian cheese blend from the store)

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Heat and whisk well until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and cool. Mix chicken and BBQ sauce well. Roll out the pizza dough ball into 16″ circle. Evenly spread the mozzarella cheese, chicken mixture, red onions, and special cheese over the pizza crust. Place in a preheated 400 degree oven and bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy!!
