1. LoseIt
Set goals and establish a daily calorie budget that enables you to meet them. Stay on track each day by recording your food and exercise and staying within your budget.

2. Nike Club Training
This app is specifically designed for women. It offers dozen of instructor-led fitness routines. The workouts are from Nike’s pro athletes, trainers and more.

3. Endomondo
If you want to track mileage, calories, lap times or more this app is for you. It’s designed with runners and bikers in mind but anyone who is active will like this app. It uses GPS to track your routes.

4. Fooducate Nutrition Scanner
This is a great app to assist in your nutrition plan. Scan a food’s UPC and it will grade the food and offer healthier selections if needed. It will tell you if the food’s sodium levels are dangerous or if the vitamins come from nature or chemicals.

5. JEFIT
For the regular gym attendee who wants in-depth exercise tracking and training. The anatomical map can help you find exercises that target a specific area of the body. It can also log your progress photos so you can see the toning take place.
