Moist Chocolate Deluxe

2 Tbsp. sugar
1½ tsp. cocoa
¼ cup flour
dash of baking powder
dash of baking soda
pinch of salt
1 tsp. whisked egg
1 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vegetable oil
¼ tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. boiling water
2 tsp. evaporated milk
2 tsp. caramel topping
whipped cream
dash of powdered sugar

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, mix together sugar, cocoa, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add eggs, milk, oil, vanilla, and water. Mix well.

2. Pour batter into 5-inch ramekin. Place on baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

3. Remove ramekin from oven and poke holes in the top of the cake. Pour sweetened condensed milk and heated caramel over the top. Let cool to room temperature. Top with whipped cream, dash of powdered sugar, and drizzle of extra caramel topping.
