Peachy Pretzel Dessert

Peachy Pretzel Dessert
Crust:
2 ½ cup pretzels, crushed
¾ cup margarine
3 tablespoon sugar
Filling:
2 cup water
2 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup sugar
1 3oz. package peach Jell-O
4 sliced peaches
8oz. softened cream cheese
3 tablespoons milk
1 cup powdered sugar
2 cup cool whip


Mix ingredients together and press into 9×13 pan. Save ½ cup of mixture to put on top. Bake for 5 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool

Filling:
In saucepan, mix water, cornstarch and sugar. Cook until thickened, remove from heat. Add peach Jell-O, let cool slightly. Then add sliced peaches. Spread mixture over pretzel crust. Mix cream cheese, milk, and powdered sugar. Mix well and then fold in Cool Whip. Spread on peach layer and sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Let chill for 2 hours.
