Green Bliss Smoothie
- 1 cup almond mylk, preferably homemade
- ½ teaspoon plant-based collagen powder
- 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon flax meal
- 1 tablespoon spirulina powder
- ½ teaspoon ashwagandha root powder
- ½ teaspoon Asian ginseng powder
- ½ cup spinach
- ½ cup baby kale
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup ice
Combine the mylk, collagen, hemp seeds, chia seeds, flax meal, spirulina, ashwagandha, and ginseng in a high-speed blender. Add the spinach, kale,
banana, and ice. Blend on high for 1 minute, or until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately
