1 oz pomegranate juice
1 Tbsp pomegranate arils
1 Tbsp lime juice
1 tsp honey
1/2 cup ice
1 fresh sprig rosemary, for garnish
In a pilsner glass, stir together pomegranate juice, pomegranate seeds, lime juice, honey, and ice. Transfer to a coupe glass or copper mug, top off with ginger beer, and garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
