Protein Packed No-Bake Blondies

Protein is one of the best ways to make sure you are eating right in the new year.



Kelli Bettridge shares the recipe for a protein packed treat.

Protein Packed No-Bake Blondies
1 cup Peanut butter
1 cup Kodiak Cakes pancake/waffle mix
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/3 cup honey
2 tbs water
1 tsp vanilla


Mix all ingredients. Add a handful of chocolate chips. Place in 8×8 pan. Refrigerate for about 20-30 minutes.
