Pumpkin Surprise
2 c. canned pumpkin
½ tsp. salt
1 can sweeten and condensed milk
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 white or yellow cake mix
1 ½ c. butter, cold


Combine the first 6 ingredients and pour into a greased 9X13 pan.

Then sprinkle the dry cake mix over the top. Then slice the butter and
cover the dry cake evenly with it. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Serve
either warm or cold. Serve with vanilaa ice cream or whipped cream.

Whipped Cream
1 pint whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
½ c. sugar
½ tsp. nutmeg


Whip cream until stiff, then add sugar, vanilla and nutmeg.
