Quick and Delicious French Toast Casserole

Christmas morning can be a frenzy of squeals and excitement that mom shouldn’t miss out on while preparing Christmas Breakfast.

French Toast Casserole
• 1 loaf of French bread
• 7 Oakdell Omega-3 Brown eggs
• 2 cups milk (preferably whole)
• ½ cup pumpkin puree
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
• Pinch of nutmeg
• Pinch of ginger
• 4 to 8 Tbsp. brown sugar

1. Spray non-stick cooking spray in 9×13 baking pan. Tear up French bread into pieces and arrange in pan.


2. Mix all other ingredients, expect for the brown sugar, in a separate bowl and then pour over bread.


3. Press lightly and then cover and refrigerate overnight.

4. In the morning, sprinkle brown sugar on top of casserole.

5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

6. Serve with maple syrup or honey and garnish with berries, if desired.
