1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1/2 cup thousand island dressing
1/3 to 1/2 pound pastrami or corned beef, sliced
8 slices swiss cheese
1/2 cup sauerkraut; optional
Roll dough until it is 1/4″ to 1/2″ thick. Place on cookie sheet. Layer thousand island dressing, pastrami, swiss cheese, and sauerkraut down the center. Lift sides of the dough to close and press gently to seal. Bake at 325 for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown. Slice and serve while hot.
