Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies

Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 cup shortening
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking soda
1/2 cup caramel bites
1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips

1. Cream the sugar shortening with your paddle attachment.

2. Add eggs and vanilla to creamed mixture.

3. Add dry ingredients mix until combined.

4. Add caramel bites and chocolate chips.

5. Bake at 350 for 11 min.

6. Dip in caramel chocolate and sprinkle kosher salt on top.
