recipe for peanut butter and jelly bars!
Peanut Butter and Jelly Bars
1 cup butter, softened
½ cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup peanut butter, creamy or crunchy
2 eggs
1 ½ cups white flour
1 ½ cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1 ½ cups jam or jelly of your choice
⅔ cups coarsely chopped peanuts, optional
Coarse Sea Salt or flaked salt
