Breakfast Bread Pudding
3 Sara Lee Bagels
2 Sara Lee Croissants
6 slices Sara Lee Cinnamon with Raisin Bakery Bread
2 ½ cups Light Cream
3 Eggs
½ cup dried cranberries
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
2 Tablespoons sugar
Non stick vegetable spray
Maple Syrup
Sliced Strawberries/Mint

On a cutting board, dice the bagels, croissants and sliced bread into large one inch cubes. In a large bowl, combine the light cream, eggs, cranberries, vanilla and sugar. Spray on ovenproof casserole dish with non-stick vegetable spray.

Place the diced breakfast breads into the casserole dish, pour the cream and egg mixture over the bread, press down the mixture so all of the bread is covered in cream and wrap tightly, refrigerate overnight.

The next day, preheat the oven to 325F. Bake the casserole for 35-40 minutes. Serve with Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage and pure Maple syrup. Garnish the casserole with sliced strawberries and fresh mint.

Orange Tea Bread
½ cup vegetable shortening
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ cup milk
¼ cup fresh brewed Pickwick Earl Grey tea
1 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest
¼ cup fresh orange juice
2 Tablespoons fresh brewed Pickwick Earl Grey tea
¼ cup sugar

In a bowl, cream together the shortening and 1 cup of the sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, 1 at a time, until the mixture is smooth. In another bowl sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Stir the mixture into the egg mixture alternately with the milk and ¼ cup of the tea, stirring until the mixture is just combined. Stir in the zest, transfer the batter to a well-buttered 9 by 5 inch loaf pan, and bake the bread in the middle of a preheated 350F over for 1 hour, or until tester comes out clean.

Transfer the bread in the pan to a rack and with a small skewer pole it all over. In a small bowl stir together the remaining ¼ cup sugar, the orange juice and the remaining 2 Tablespoons tea, and pour the mixture over the hot bread, and let the bread cool.

Makes 1 loaf.
