Seafood Salad


1 cup white fish (halibut or cod), cooked
1/3 cup bay shrimp
1/3 cup crab or krab
½ cup celery, diced
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
salt and white pepper to taste


Chill all ingredients and then mix together.
Seafood Salad/Low Fat Version
1 cup white fish, cooked

juice of one lemon
½ teaspoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons watercress, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
1 tablespoon red onion, finely chopped
salt and white pepper to taste
