Sesame Ahi with Honey-Teriyaki Glaze

2 8-ounce ahi filets
2 tablespoons olive oil blend
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, raw
½ cup teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoons cornstarch mixed with 1 teaspoon water
¼ teaspoon crushed chilies
juice of one orange
1 teaspoon orange zest

Place the sesame seeds onto a flat plate and firmly press the filets into seeds.

Cook the oil and garlic briefly in a heavy sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add the filets and cook until the desired level of doneness is achieved (4-5 minutes total for medium rare or 8-10 minutes total for well done). Remove from heat and set aside.

Into a small sauté pan, add the teriyaki sauce, honey, and orange juice, bring to boil, and cook for one minute. Add the orange zest and the cornstarch mixture and cook for 30 seconds.

Spoon the sauce over the filets and serve with rice and baby vegetables.
