Shirley J Skillet Cookie
Ingredients:
10 oz. Shirley J Cookie Mix Dough (any combo, with any mix-ins)
3 large scoops of ice cream
chocolate syrup, optional
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place dough in a lightly coated skillet or 6-inch cake pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Cookies should be under-baked, especially in the very center. Top with ice cream and melting chocolate or chocolate syrup, if desired. Enjoy.
White Chocolate Ginger-Molasses Cookies
Ingredients:
1 pkg. Shirley J Ginger-Molasses Cookie Mix
1 c. shortening
¼ c. water
4-6 oz. white chocolate chunks.
Directions:
Make cookies according to package directions.
Oatmeal Cherry-Chocolate Jumbles
Ingredients:
1 pkg. Shirley J Oatmeal Jumbles
¾ c. butter, softened
¼ c. water
1 c. dried tart cherries
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips or chunks
Directions:
Make cookies according to package directions.
