Shrimp Salad

Shrimp Salad – Basic Recipe
1 2lb bag of frozen cooked shrimp – medium size tails off
1/3 cup olive oil
1 t dry garlic combo powder
Fresh dill – chopped approximately three sprigs


Thaw and rinse shrimp. Add olive oil and toss – add dry garlic and toss.

Chop fresh dill and add to shrimp mixture and toss.
Amazingly simply and a crowd favorite – easy to multiply

Vegetable Variation
Add to basic recipe

½ cucumber sliced and then chopped
½ green bell pepper and one half red pepper chopped
OPTIONAL 1 avocado (only if to be eaten immediately and not used as leftovers)
½ squeezed lemon


Mix all ingredients above. Cut all vegetables and add together – toss. Squeeze lemon over mixture. If needed add a little extra oil to taste.
Fruit Variation
½ honeydew melon in round scoops
Juice from on lime


Mix original mixture and add melon and toss. Squeeze lime over mixture.
