Smoothies

PICK-ME-UP
1 Can of diced Tomatoes
1 sm. can of V-8 (5.5 oz.)
1/2 to 1 cup Red Bell Peppers
2 Tablespoons of Frozen Juice Concentrate
2 scoops of Tofu Milk Powder (Fresh may be substituted – 1/2 brick)
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon of Herbamare (Lawry’s Seasoning salt may be substitued)
Ice

“The JANIS JOPLIN”

Blend all ingredients together.
LOW FAT
1 Medium Cantalope (1/2 to 2 cups)
1/3 Cup Frozen Sorbet (We’ll use Passionfruit)
2 Tablespoons Frozen Juice Concentrate (using Orange/Mango/Pineapple)
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Whey Protein (optional)
A dash of salt
Ice

Blend all ingredients together.
CLASSIC BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE
1 Can Frozen OJ
1 serving Yogurt (any flavor – we are using Vanilla)
1 Banana
1 Tablespoon Whey Protein (Optional)
1/2 cup Almond Milk (Reg,1%,2% or whole Milk may be substitued)
Ice


“The BOB DYLAN”

Optional…you may toss in 1/2 cup of your favorite whole grain cereal – it will change the texture slightly)

Blend all ingredients together.
HIGH ENERGY
1 serving Plain Yogurt
1/3 Pomegranate or Cranberry Juice
1 Cup Vanilla Ice Cream
2/3 Cup Dried or Fresh Blueberries
1 Cup Frozen Raspberries
1 Teaspoon Brewers Yeast
1 Tablespoon Almond Meal Powder (Optional)
1 Scoop Tofu Milk Powder (Fresh may be substitued – 1/2 brick)
1 Teaspoon Bee Pollen Powder (Optional)
Splash of Lemon
1 Tablespoon Multi-Vitamin/Mineral Supplement (Optional)
Ice and SOBE ‘Purple’ (or water) to proper consistency

Blend all ingredients together.

1 Cup Almond Milk
1/2 Cup Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
1/3 Cup Dates
2 Scoops Tofu Milk Powder (May Substitute 1/2 brick fresh Tofu)
1 Banana
2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
Ice
