A recent surveyed revealed the number one reason people do not workout is lack of time, something any parent knows firsthand. Particularly when you’re playing “mom” from dusk to dawn, it can be difficult to squeeze in fitness. A unique group of mothers decided to combine working out with motherhood…a mix they are taking all in stride.
Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for new moms that they can do with their babies. It includes Power Walking and intervals of body toning using exercise tubing and the stroller. The class is taught by specially trained instructors.
