Chick-Fil-A goes all in on peach season—and it starts early! Chelsea’s pro tip: try it frosted for an extra twist. Made like the chain’s frosted lemonade, soft-serve ice cream is added to make an extra creamy drink.

  1. Downtown Farmer’s Market

10 N. Rio Grande Street, Salt Lake City

For all you fruit and veggie lovers, visiting a local farmer’s market is a must. Chelsea suggests hitting up places like the downtown farmer’s market in Salt Lake City, where you can find the freshest seasonal produce like corn on the cob and more.

  1. Burgers from Hi Mountain Drug

No summer food list is complete without classic burgers and hot dogs. Hi Mountain Drug in Kamas is Chelsea’s pick for a delicious burger experience, complete with old-school charm.

Various locations across Utah

J. Dawgs is Chelsea’s go-to for a summer hot dog. J. Dawg sauce is a must!

  1. Watermelon Salad from Lola’s

Looking for something lighter? Lola’s Street Kitchen in Midway offers a refreshing watermelon salad that’s perfect for a sunny day. It’s a great spot to enjoy the summer vibes on their patio while indulging in fresh, seasonal flavors.

  1. Funnel Cake at the Utah State Fair or Days of 47’ Rodeo

Utah State Fair runs September 5-15. Days of 47’ Rodeo runs July 19-20 & 22-24.

Heading to a fair or rodeo this summer? Don’t forget to try a funnel cake loaded with strawberries, Nutella, whipped cream, and all the yummy extras. It’s a classic fair treat that you just can’t replicate at home.

  1. Bear Lake Raspberry Days

Bear Lake Raspberry Days runs from August 1-3.

Make your way north to Bear Lake for La Beau’s famous raspberry shakes. Held the first weekend in August, these shakes are loaded with fresh raspberry flavor. Rumor has it, you might even find chocolate-covered raspberries if you’re lucky!
